Eventbrite Email Invites • Announce event 3 weeks prior to event • Eventbrite, create invite email • Choose distribution lists and previous attendees (to set this up, see How to create an email list for your city in Eventbrite, also linked below) • 2 weeks - send invite using same template but only to the one’s who haven’t responded • 1 week - send invite using same template but only to the one’s who haven’t responded • 2 days - send another invite using same template but who’s not responded
